We offer a generous 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. If within this period you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The original packaging must be intact.
Accessories and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Log in to your Sarose account and navigate to the "Order History" section.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Follow the instructions to initiate the return or exchange process.
Alternatively, if you made a purchase as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team at info@sarose.in with your order number and details.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Sarose is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return conditions. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the new size or color you desire during the return process. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
